Owner & Chef de Cuisine
Founder, Adam Harris, trained under a five-star Cordon Bleu™ chef in the 1980s, where he learned indispensable skill sets that have been sharpened for over the last 35 years. In 1995, Adam started Cater Tampa with a dream to provide affordable catering options without sacrificing the value or quality of your meals. Our head chefs have over 50 years of combined experience and our staff is known for their friendly, knowledgeable, and professional disposition.
Shannon Hampton
Operations Manager
Shannon Hampton has many years of event planning from children’s birthdays to extravagant weddings. She was an event and wedding planner for All Events Catering for four years and then put her career on hold to raise her wonderful children. They are now off to college and she has picked up where she left off as one of Tampa Bays best event coordinators. Shannon takes pride in her work and does her best to make the planning and execution of your event a success with as little stress to the client as possible.

Sous Chef
Kamellia Kemp is a certified Culinarian. She received an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts in 2011 from the Art Institute of Tampa and has been cooking professionally for over 10 years. Kamellia’s experience ranges from fine dining to high volume, healthy lunches at various schools in the Tampa Bay area.
