What areas do you service?

We cater to all of Tampa Bay Area and surrounding areas. Contact us if you are nearby and in need of catering services.

There is no kitchen at my venue, are you still able to cater it?

Absolutely! No kitchen, no problem. We are able prepare all food in advanced and bring it straight from our ovens to your venue.

Can I add or substitute something on my menu?

All menus packages are fully customizable so if we make it and you want to add it or substitute it for another dish, just let us know! This includes main entrees, hors d’ oeuvres, and food stations.

As a note, menu changes can affect the overall price of your catering service. If you have a budget we need to stick to, let your catering service manager know and they will advise you on the best menu options for your budget.

Are you able to create a menu for special dietary needs?

With our easy-to-customize menu options, you can pick from an array of dishes to suit most dietary needs. Please advise your catering manager if there is anything specific of concern.

Do you have Kosher menu options?

Yes, our catering products are Kof-K dairy kosher and/or COR certified. We also offer a number of dishes that are pareve and those that do not contain pork or seafood.

Do you have vegetarian or vegan menu options?

Yes, we do. We can go over all vegan and vegetarian friendly dishes when you meet with your catering manager.

Are necessities like plates and cutlery included or are they a separate fee?

No extra fees here! All necessities such serving ware, china, silverware, and all serving equipment are included in all of our catering options.

What about tables, linen, and table decorations?

Tables, linens, and even decorations are available and are included in certain packages. Check with your catering service manager for all of our available options that will best suit your needs.

Do you require a deposit, and if so, how much?

Yes, we require a deposit to reserve the date for your catering event. 25% is required at contract signing for our wedding packages, then the remaining balance is due no later than 10 days prior to your event.

When do you need my final guest count?

We ask that you provide us with a final guest count up to 14 days prior to your event. This will allow us ample time to prepare and gather the necessary ingredients.

How late can I make changes to the menu?

You can make changes to your menu selections up to 14 days prior to your event. This will allow us ample time to prepare and gather the necessary ingredients.

How far in advance do I need to book you?

Once you know your event date, its best to book us as soon as possible as dates can fill up quickly. Once our kitchen and staff are maxed out, the date will no longer be available for bookings.

Once you have met with your catering manager, signed the contract, and paid your deposit, your date will be locked in for our catering services.

Do you have a minimum number of guests required for a booking?

For our corporate event catering services, we require a minimum of 20 guests for drop-off and 50 guests for full service. All other catering packages can be fulfilled for as little as 10 people.

Is serving staff included in the catering services or are they a separate fee?

Depending on your catering needs, we have packages available that include the services of our professional catering staff.

How much is the service charge and what is included?

All of our packages are subject to an 18% service fee. This includes all labor, set up, and clean up.

Do you charge any fees in addition to the cost of catering services, like a cake cutting fee?

We don’t charge a cake cutting fee and, in fact, we are as upfront as possible about all of our pricing, so no worries about hidden fees or charges. In addition to our package prices and service charge, there is also a 7% sales tax required by the state.

Is gratuity added to my final bill?

No, gratuity is not added to your final bill but a service charge and sales tax will be. Gratuity is not required for any of our services. If you feel that our staff has gone above and beyond your expectations of service and you wish to provide a tip, you are welcome to do so. Our staff greatly appreciates any tip given to them.
